Do your prices include delivery?

Yes, we don’t charge any extra for standard delivery.

How long before I receive my goods?

We will contact you the next working day following the receipt of your order and arrange a delivery date with you. In a Hurry? Let us know, we’re here to help.

Do you charge extra for VAT?

The prices quoted are the prices you’ll pay, no gimmicks or extras at the checkout.

Can I install the grass myself?

Yes, most of our customers complete their own project. Follow our simple steps and remember to order the associated products required to complete your project successfully. For further advice and guidance have a look on the web and watch some tutorials / instructional video’s.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all of our qualities have a manufacturers warranty; this covers against colour fade and UV degradation.

What product widths are available?

The majority or our ranges are available 2m or 4m in width, whilst selected ranges are available in the 4m width only.

My garden is on a gradient and isn’t level, will it be suitable for artificial grass?

Yes, no problem, be sure to fix around the perimeter of the area ensuring the grass is secure. If on very steep ground you could spread some kiln sand across the grass to help weigh it down and secure the grass in place, as a guideline 5 kg per sq. meter should be sufficient.

Is artificial grass easy to maintain?

Yes, virtually maintenance free, no mowing, no feeding, no weeding and no watering. Just give the pile a brush from time to time and remove any debris from fallen trees.

Where does the rainwater go?

Don’t worry; all of our products are perforated allowing natural drainage to take place.

Is artificial grass suitable for pets?

Yes, absolutely, pets like the soft artificial grass and tend to treat it in the same way as they would with natural grass.

The benefit being no muddy paws in the house!

Is artificial grass suitable for children?

Yes, you can have peace of mind. Not only is it safe, the kids can play out all of the time (Weather permitting), no waterlogging and no mud = more play and family fun!
